Housing Solutions Alliance is proud to announce its new Architectural Division.   We have a full service division that is able to assist PHAs with Project Specifications, Attend pre-bid meetings, and bid openings, inspect the work of the contractor periodically and assist with closing out of the project. 


HSA also administers the Grants such as keeping track of Obligation and Expending of Funds through a quarterly Report Designed by HSA staff.  Included with our services are providing Revisions and CFP closeout documents.


Projects outside of Texas, HSA bids in cooperation with select architects and then the aforementioned services are also performed likewise.
